What does BYO actually cost?

$5/mo to EcoToken for the optimization engine, plus whatever Anthropic charges for the AI calls — typically under $0.01 per run on Haiku, billed directly to your Anthropic account. Anthropic keys are free to create at console.anthropic.com.

Do PAYG credits expire?

No. Buy a pack once and use the credits whenever. No clock, no forfeiture.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Click "Manage billing" inside the app to open the Stripe customer portal; cancel takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

Every major credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay — whatever Stripe supports in your country. We never see or store your card details; Stripe handles all payment data directly.

Do I need an Anthropic account to use EcoToken?

Only for the BYO plan. Free, PAYG, Pro, and Premium use platform credits — you never interact with Anthropic directly.

Does the optimized prompt work with other AIs?

Yes. The optimized output is just text; paste it into Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, or any tool you use. EcoToken's billing only covers the optimization step, not downstream AI calls.
